For the parents and grandparents you love
Their tech, set up.
Your mind, at ease.
You book it from wherever you are. A patient local tech visits Mom or Dad at home, sets up the phone, TV, Wi-Fi or video calling, locks down the scam risks, and leaves a printed cheat sheet behind.
Visits from $79. Pay online, then we schedule with you.
Not just set up. Explained.
We stay until they can do it themselves.
Our promise
No rushing
We go at their pace and answer the same question twice, gladly.
No jargon
Plain words, big text, and steps written down.
No upselling
We work with what they have and never sell on the spot.

From the unopened box to “I can do this.”

A patient tech visits
Everything set up in the room they use it, practiced together, and a printed cheat sheet left behind.
What we help with
The everyday things that cause the most phone calls home.
The new phone
Contacts and photos moved over, bigger text, favorite people one tap away.
TV and streaming
One remote that makes sense, their shows easy to find, no more input-button mysteries.
Wi-Fi and printer
A connection that reaches the armchair, and a printer that actually prints.
Video calling
FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp set up and practiced, so the grandkids are a tap away.
Scam protection
Spam filters on, safer settings, and a calm talk about the tricks to watch for.
The cheat sheet
Every visit ends with printed, plain-words steps they can keep by the device.
Visits and pricing
Choose the help that fits.
One clear price per visit, paid online. After you book, we email you to schedule a time with your parent.
Questions families ask
Do I need to be there for the visit?
No. You can book from anywhere. You pay here, we email you to agree a time that works for your parent, and we let you know how it went afterwards.
Who actually comes to the house?
A patient, friendly local tech. We match the visit to someone who is good with people first and gadgets second, and who will go at your parent's pace.
What if they forget everything the next day?
That is exactly why we leave a printed cheat sheet, written in plain words for their own devices. The Tech Helpline is there for the questions that come up later.
Do we need to buy anything first?
Only the device itself. We work with what they already have. If something truly needs replacing, we tell you, and never sell it on the spot.
